Our Mission:
To provide boutique quality baby and girls accessories, tutus, baby shoes and room accents hand created in the USA. To give back to our community and to help those in need.

We believe that little girls should have girlie accessories and a full and fancy tutu to twirl in.
We LOVE the pitter patter of little feet!
We believe in make believe.
We love ribbon flowers.

Payment:
You do not have a PayPal account to purchase. You can use any card and pay through Paypal as a guest.

Sales tax is applied to all orders that originate in the state of California.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Delivery times are 3-5 business days. 

Please note that we will, at times, ship via USPS Priority Mail when size, weight and distance are a consideration. 

RUSH ORDERS AND UPGRADES: Please convo me for any rush orders and/or upgrades. Additional fees apply. Please check my shop announcement for my current turn around times. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. If you need guaranteed delivery dates we will gladly ship via USPS Express International for an additional fee please convo me for these fees before you place your order. 

Refund Policy:

Headbands and Hair Clips: All sales final for health and sanitary reasons. 

Everything else: All sales are final.  We will happily EXCHANGE your item if we find that there was an error on our part.  Please allow color differences between computer monitors. My descriptions are detailed, my pictures are captured in daylight to reflect the correct color.  Please convo (Etsy) or email me (piccadillycottage@gmail.com) with any problems or concerns or additional photos. I am here to help and I appreciate clear communication. 


CUSTOM ORDERS: I love doing custom orders! Because of the nature of the order, there are no refunds. I will "convo" you pictures for your final approval.

Additional Policies and FAQ's:
Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday - Saturday) for your order to be processed. 

Please add in the notes to seller section the size or any preferences before you complete your checkout, I cannot complete your order without the size. 

Please check your convo and email, sometimes I'll have to contact you in the case of missing information or pictures of custom orders for approval.

RUSH ORDERS: Please convo me if you need your order by a certain date. Otherwise the current production time will apply! There is a fee for rush orders.
